Section 01
Sam Jackson inherited more than his father's heart. He inherited a divine potential that answers to will itself. Eon's greatest strength is not a color, a flame, or the power of Olympus. It is the decision to keep going when every part of him wants to quit.
Section 02
01
Frank Jackson was a celebrated soldier who disobeyed an order to charge into battle and saved his entire unit. The choice left him severely injured and unable to walk. He received the Purple Heart for his courage. The wizard Cricon saw Frank's selflessness and blessed his heart with the potential for divine power, power that still had to be earned.

Frank's seven year old son Sam had lived with a severe heart condition since birth. When doctors said Sam would not survive, Frank gave his own heart to save him. Frank died, and Sam grew up with his mother Dinah without understanding the full truth of the life beating inside him.

As a teenager, Sam became angry, reckless, and lost. He skipped school, followed the wrong crowd, and rejected every comparison to the father he believed he could never equal. On his eighteenth birthday, he finally watched the message Frank recorded before his death and learned whose heart had kept him alive. For the first time, Sam wanted to become worthy of the life he had been given.

The blessing intended for Frank awakened inside Sam. Zeus ordered Cricon to remove it, even though doing so could kill the boy. Cricon refused to give up on him. Sam now carries divine potential he did not earn himself and must prove through his choices that the heart chose a protector after all.
Section 03
The stages of the Heart of Will are not a menu Sam can equip. Each color marks how far his will has already carried him, usually at the edge of defeat or death.
VisualGreen irises, green chest pulse, and thin energy in his veins.
VisualBlue eyes and a calmer, sharper energy pattern.
VisualRed stage marker and one clear displacement break.
VisualDesaturated silver grey light restoring damaged energy lines.
VisualWarm gold energy and controlled flame.

Section 04
Outside
Sam has inherited responsibility to Stock City and Olympus while still being a student who has barely learned to direct his own life.
Inside
He hides anger and insecurity behind jokes. He resents the impossible standard created by his father's sacrifice and fears that every bad choice proves Zeus was right to doubt him. His journey is learning that honoring Frank does not mean becoming Frank; it means choosing what to do with the life Frank saved.

Section 06
Father / the heart he carries
Frank gave his life so Sam could live. His recorded message becomes the turning point in Sam's life.
Mother / surviving parent
Dinah raised Sam alone while grieving Frank and working to keep their life together. Sam's rebellion hurt her, but she remains one of his real guides.
Wizard and mentor
Cricon blessed Frank's heart, recognized the power awakening in Sam, and defied Zeus rather than remove it at the cost of Sam's life.
Girlfriend / bad influence
Emilia is part of the reckless life Sam is trying to outgrow and accompanies him through many of the choices that pull him away from his potential.
Best friend in his public social circle
Sarcastic, immature, and unserious, Filip is the friend Sam parties with and the person most comfortable treating consequences like a joke.
Friend seeking approval
Mark constantly tries to prove his value to the group, making him vulnerable to its worst behavior.
Secret friend and moral test
Patrick is intelligent, kind, and bullied by Sam's social circle. Sam does not truly hate him, but he joins in rather than risk his own status. Patrick represents the distance between the person Sam is and the person he claims he could become.
Fellow servant of the gods
A kind, humorous being from another realm with weather based power and a place among the Totem of Aegis.
